INSULATED CONCRETE FORM WALLS
To obtain high energy efficiency, we use Insulated Concrete Forms or also known as ICFs. Unlike traditional wood framed structures, ICFs are constructed of foam blocks and reinforced with horizontal and vertical steel rebar. ICFs create a form into which concrete is poured. The result is an incredibly strong 4", 6" or 8"-thick structure forming basement foundations and exterior walls to the attic, greatly enhancing the structure's integrity.
